Louie Vizcarra
PRESIDENT
Louie started his reinsurance career since 1997 with National Reinsurance Corporation of the Philippines wherein he has held various business lines handling Facultative Reinsurance. He became an Underwriter for Standard Insurance and later on joined Philippine Fire and Marine Insurance Corporation, wherein he managed the Underwriting and Reinsurance departments. He has attended numerous non-life insurance seminars and conventions held locally and abroad and gained invaluable networks, experience and insight in the Reinsurance Industry. He is currently a member of the Reinsurance Exchange Club of the Philippines (RECP), Society of Underwriters for Property and Casualty Insurance Inc. (SOUND), and the Junior Insurance Executive Circle (JIEC). He is also the President of affiliate companies Compass Transport Services, Inc., New Bloc Construction, Inc and Upright Express Logistics, Inc.
Ruthie Carla A. Leonor
Reinsurance & Underwriting
With her experience and skills, she has also become an important member of the team. She is currently handling different areas in Polaris like billing and collection other than underwriting and reinsurance. She is currently the Treasurer of the Junior Insurance Executive Circle (JIEC).
Gemma D. Fabila
Sales & Marketing
Gemma is the PRB’s Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist, actively handling accounts in different industries. She’s a Former Senior Marketing Executive of Empire Insurance. She’s also the Former Account Manager of Empire Insurance, Wideworld Insurance and AMA Insurance Brokerage, Inc.
Her knowledge in life and non-life insurances, which spans more than 23 years, has helped PRB establish stronger relationships with its clients. Her depth of experience enhances team comfort and brings about synergy.
Ron Allan L. Cruz
Sales & Marketing
Ron completed his Bachelor’s degree in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa. His background in coaching, training and development from NGO made his experience in insurance industry easier. He’s actively managing accounts in engineering, aviation, and the car industry. By his wit and an engaging personality, he demonstrated the positive outlook and familiarity with the field he works in.
Gloria S.D. Adan
Consultant
Gloria has been in the insurance and reinsurance industry as Underwriting, billing and collection for more than 42 years. She’s the Former Reinsurance Manager of Intercontinental Reinsurance Brokers, Inc. She’s also a member of Sound & Recp. With her wealth of experience in the reinsurance industry, she helped expand the PRB’s connections with Foreign and Local Reinsurers.
Jimmy B. Diaz
Consultant
Jimmy’s broad experience in reinsurance and insurance industry for more than 37 years made his presence in PRB well-respected and looked up to. He’s the President of iDiaz Consultants. He’s former work experiences follows: Former VP Sales & Marketing (Union Insurance of Canton & Solid Guaranty Insurance) ; Former AVP Sales & Marketing ( Generali Pilipinas & Paramount General Insurance), Former Sr. Manager & Underwriter (FGU Insurance), Former Sr. Risk Specialist (PIRA), and Former Underwriter (FGU Insurance and Union Insurance).
Eric U. Dalija
Finance Manager
Eric obtained his BS in Accountancy degree in 2005 from Divine Word College of Laoag. He is Certified Public Accountant and had over six years of extensive finance and accounting outsourcing experience prior to joining the Company in 2013 as Finance Manager. He is a member of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant (PICPA) and Association of Insurance Accountants of the Philippines (AIAP). In 2018, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Centro Escolar University, School of Law and Jurisprudence.
Noel H. Baustista
Accounting Assistant
Noel provides professional accounting services such as Account Payables, filling of Monthly and Quarterly Tax and other accounting-related matters to Polaris and its affiliates. He obtained his BS Commerce major in Accounting degree from Technological Institute of the Philippines and has previously worked in the Pre-Need Industry for 13 years and currently developing and lending his skills and expertise in the Non-Life Insurance Industry.
