Renato L. Falquera or "Natz" as he is known, has more than 30 years of experience in reinsurance operation. He started his journey in the insurance industry and had worked at the FGU Insurance Corporation (now BPI/MS Insurance Corporation) in January 1991 as Claims Assistant at the Casualty Department.

Natz later joined Universal Reinsurance Corporation (now National Reinsurance Corporation of the Philippines), a reinsurance company among the insurance group of the Ayala Group of Companies, where he worked for 15 years as Senior Reinsurance Assistant under the Non-Life Treaty Outward Reinsurance Division.

In 2010, Natz embarked his journey in reinsurance broking at the Howden Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers (Phil.), Inc. (formerly Accette Insurance Brokers Inc. of the Zuellig Group). He was an Assistant Manager under the Reinsurance Division where he worked for more than 14 years. He was responsible for developing client relationships, handling day-to-day operations, recovering outstanding payments, and managing the processing of RI claims.

In September 2024, Natz joined Bharat Reinsurance Brokers Inc. as its Philippine Representative.

Natz has attended various local and foreign seminars/conferences, and he has good connections both local and foreign.
